This site is covered by the Laws and Jurisdiction of the State of North Carolina in the United States of America. Use of my site, devinhedge.com, and related sites and application services owned and managed by me, collectively called “Designs by Devin Applications and Platforms” or “My Applications and Platforms”, is subject to the laws of the United States of America and the State of North Carolina. If you try to use my site to break the laws of those jurisdictions, I will prosecute you under the laws of those jurisdictions where applicable. If you are using My Applications and Platforms and it breaks the laws of some other jurisdiction outside of the United States of America, that is on you. I will not be liable for that. And I will close accounts or report people to the authorities of the two jurisdictions if I find illegal activities happening.
